Healing Sanctuary

“You are the most important person to bring about your own healing and recovery. You are in total control of your life and can heal and prevent any disorders. You do not require ‘scientific proof’ to make wise decisions when you know exactly what you live for.” ~ Dr. Brian Clement

A spirit enters a healing sanctuary through the space of the heart, seeking to restore balance and harmony, to recharge in the cosmic elixir and divine peace, purifying any accumulated or unprocessed emotional and physical waste, and delights in the magical healing powers of the ethers, for they somehow already know exactly what it is that is needed to bring forth the highest rejuvenation and celestial attuning. It seeks for guidance from the most nurturing and loving divine beings so that the most appropriate medicine can be delivered to the physical body that is too overwhelmed to receive instructions. A beautiful ray of serene, violet light fills the spirit with compassion, amplified peace, gratitude, and heightened awareness, and with a loving smile, the spirit returns to refresh, alkalize, harmonize, revitalize, hydrate, remineralize, and detox the sacred vessel which it inhabits, the human body, offering healing prayers, hoping the Ego will be able to translate the broad spectrum of healing messages to the conscious planes of the brain, while linking the subconscious plane to the celestial healing sanctuary.

Within your mind, construct your own nurturing and non-judging healing sanctuary and visualize a beautiful garden with a lively lily pond with koi swimming around that is right outside the entry of your healing sanctuary. Find a very cozy bench and take a comfortable and relaxed seat. You take your shoes and socks off, and with your feet grounded to the grass, allow yourself to begin to detox from:

  • Limited beliefs.
  • Inaccurate and false expectations from conditional programming.
  • Destructive thought patterns, non-constructive criticisms/cynicisms.
  • Psychological, emotional, and mental triggers that might be self-inflicted.
  • Feelings of betrayal and lack of ability to forgive.
  • Electronic and material dependency or addiction patterns.
  • Anxiety, worries, insecurities, misunderstandings, limited perceptions, confusion, anger, dislike, irritation, annoyance, impatience, dark thoughts, obsessions, impulses from unstable mood, and redundancy.

Focus on how you are breathing. Can you be kinder to yourself through your inhales and exhales?

When you feel ready, you thank the garden and all its beautiful creatures for supporting your purging and purification process, and with a lightened heart and pace, you feel good and enter your utopia healing sanctuary.

What needs to be healed?
What feels resistant or uphill that needs to be surrendered, let go, released, or integrated into you in a new way so that you see it as a friend instead of as an enemy?
Why is this sticky resistance so troublesome and why is it important to resolve it? Will it resolve by itself it’s ignored for a period of time?
What support is available to enhance this healing time and convert or transform suffering into a source of fuel and empowerment?
What lessons can be learned from this challenge?
Can forgiveness, gratitude, apologies, and acceptance be worked in and woven through this process of healing?

Be kind to yourself, and receive kindness from those who have kind intentions (although the delivery may not be ideal or perfect). Revisit your personal healing sanctuary and dig into your favorite self-care practice often, and notice what happens.

There is no destination. How do you carry yourself on this journey and in this process? Why might you want to push yourself toward any particular kind of result, when it’s the journey that brings the most rewards and lessons?
